Klariq is a focused productivity SaaS organized around the Eisenhower Matrix. Priority isn’t a flag you forget to set — it’s where the task physically lives: Do, Schedule, Delegate or Eliminate. You decide what matters before you start working, not as a fragile afterthought.
The core runs deep: a 4-quadrant matrix with three layouts, subtasks with their own deadlines, tags and categories, a five-state model, recurrence (daily / weekly / monthly / yearly + custom intervals), drag-to-reorder, a delegate flow and 10 MB attachments. Add anything in one line with the natural-language quick-add — type “Pitch deck @work #q1 friday 6pm !” and Klariq parses the category, tag, quadrant, deadline and recurrence in any order, in English, Spanish or Portuguese.
Teams share categories with Editor / Viewer roles, sync in under 100 ms, chat 1:1 and get in-app notifications and an activity feed. Your data stays yours: export to CSV, JSON, Markdown or iCal anytime, and subscribe to a private calendar feed from Google, Apple or Outlook. Billing runs on Stripe and MercadoPago across three tiers, there’s an admin portal with org-wide KPIs, and you sign in with Google, Microsoft, Apple, GitHub or a magic link.

Drag tasks between Do, Schedule, Delegate and Eliminate — priority is the home screen of your workday, not a tag. Klariq surfaces Q2 (important, not urgent) by default, so you spend more time on the work that actually compounds.

One line in, a fully structured task out — category, tag, priority quadrant, due date and recurrence parsed in any order, with live preview chips before you hit Enter. Dates are read in natural language across English, Spanish and Portuguese.
